  • Central Ideas & Details (main points, supporting info)

Math domains included are Algebra, Advanced Math, Geometry, and Problem-Solving & Data Analysis. The types of questions tested in each of these domains are below. Math instruction covers all major SAT domains with an emphasis on accuracy, efficiency, and strategy.

  • Linear equations and inequalities.
  • Functions and their graphs.
  • Absolute value.

🔬 Advanced Math

  • Quadratic equations and functions.
  • Polynomials (manipulating, dividing).
  • Rational and radical equations.
  • Exponential functions.

📊 Problem-Solving & Data Analysis

  • Ratios, rates, proportions, percentages.
  • Probability and statistics (center, spread, distributions).
  • Interpreting graphs, tables, and scatterplots.

🎯 The lesson portion of our session will comprehensively cover each of these topics. Changes to the SAT, including the included graphing calculator demos will be covered throughout sessions, but additional dedicated time will be allotted to discuss them.
