Introduction

How the 10 hours break down

Every phase pairs a framework with a hands-on method and a live activity — moving the room from theory to stage time.

12 C's
4 Hrs

The 12 C's of Public Speaking

Move beyond "slides" to "stage time."

MethodThe "Improvisation Lab." Instead of a 2-hour lecture, introduce a "Speed Speaking" session. Assign each participant a specific 'C' (e.g., Clarity or Confidence) and have them deliver a 1-minute pitch using only that principle.
ActivityPeer Video Review. Participants record themselves on their phones. In small groups, they review the footage using a "C-Checklist" to provide objective, visual feedback.
5 P's
2 Hr

The 5 P's of Communication

Focus on the "Physicality" and "Power" of the voice.

MethodVocal Archetyping. Use vocal exercises to practice the 5 P's (e.g., Projection, Pause, Pitch). Have participants read the same professional script in different "modes" to see how the 'P's' change the meaning.
ActivityThe "Silent Leader" Exercise. Practice non-verbal 'P's' (Presence and Posture) by having leaders enter a room and command attention without speaking, followed by a discussion on what felt impactful.
7 L's
2 Hrs

The 7 L's of Leadership

Shift from theory to "Leadership Identity."

MethodCase Study Roleplay. Create "Stress Scenarios" where leaders must choose which 'L' to prioritize (e.g., choosing between Listen and Lead during a crisis).
ActivityThe "Legacy Letter." For the Leave component, have participants write a letter to their future successor. This forces them to think about the systems and culture they are currently building.
4 M's
2 Hrs

The 4 M's of Influence

Focus on "Scaling Influence."

MethodMentorship Simulations. Pair participants up. One acts as the "Mentor" and the other as a "Protege" with a specific performance issue. They must apply the Model, Motivate, Mentor, Multiply cycle to resolve it.
ActivityInfluence Mapping. Have participants draw a map of their current team and identify how they are "Multiplying" their influence. If they are only "Modeling," they must draft a 30-day plan to move to "Mentorship."

P02

Preparation

This is followed by Preparation, which involves gathering relevant research, structuring your speech with a strong hook, body, and conclusion, and enriching it with stories and anecdotes.

P03

Practice

The third step is Practice, where you rehearse repeatedly, work on vocal variety such as tone, pace, and pitch, and manage your body language effectively.

P04

Next comes Participation, emphasizing audience engagement through interactive questions and building meaningful connections.
